Emma BaranskiEmma Baranski is a native of Hamden Connecticut and is currently performing in her first show as a professional synchronized swimmer in the Las Vegas show Le Reve- The Dream in the Wynn hotel. She graduated The Ohio State University in the spring of 2017 with a degree in Arts Management and a Minor in Dance. She began intense dance training in high school at The Educational Center for The Arts in New Haven, CT where she was trained by Susan Matheke, Earl Mosley and Freddie Moore. Emma is also alumni of the professional semester program at The Broadway Dance Center in New York City where she performed works by world known choreographers at The Alvin Ailey City Center. While working on her dance teaching license, Emma has had experience being a student dance teacher at AIMS Middle School in Columbus, OH. She was also the marketing intern for The Paul Taylor American Modern Dance Company in New York City. Emma was a two-time national collegiate solo synchronized swimming champion in college and lead her team as captain to their 30thoverall national championship in history. She was awarded The Big Ten Medal of Honor at The Ohio State University in 2017, the most prestigious athletic award given by a graduating senior each year. Emma loves to combine her dance and synchronized swimming skills while teaching.
